This facial toner feels very hydrating and refreshing on the skin, and I like that it contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid and pomegranate extract for added moisture and soothing benefits. One thing to note is that this product is definitely more of a liquid toner than a creamy lotion or essence. Because it is very thin and runny, I found it a bit tricky to apply with bare hands since it tends to slip through your fingers quickly. It can also feel slightly sticky during application. I think this product may work better applied with a cotton pad or by carefully patting it onto the skin.

Overall, it seems moisturizing and refreshing, but it is important to know going in that the consistency is very liquid and the application can take a little getting used to

More fragranced than I prefer
Pier Auge makes some nice products, though they tend to add fragrance to all of them. The smell is a bit reminiscent of cologne, though it thankfully doesn't persist all that long. It has a convenient pump dispenser and spreads and dries quickly on the face with only a light amount of tackiness. However, I generally apply a lotion or face oil on top of it that will negate this effect. The bottle is fairly large, so you get a lot of product for your money. If they made a fragrance-free formulation, I could wholeheartedly recommend it. As it is, I'll give it a thumbs up with the caveat that it's best for folks who aren't sensitive to added scents.

Made for my mature skin
The quality of these ingredients is so nice I’m sure this would be great on perfectly healthy skin as well, but it feels like it was made for my aging, damaged, dry, rough state that my skin tries to live in if I neglect it for even a few days. My skin needs all of the polishing it can get, so this gentle exfoliation whilst hydrating and repairing is so incredibly helpful. I can see and feel a difference in the brightness the very next day.

A moisturizing toner that lives up to the hype
I’ve been easing this toner into my routine while my skin barrier is still recovering, and I’ve had zero issues. It’s hydrating, feels soothing when applied, and the bottle is huge, a great value despite the higher price tag. A little goes a long way. This brand has a long history of high-quality skin care, and despite some recent changes in distribution, their products are still made in Switzerland and still contain the quality ingredients they've been known for since my grandparents were born.

One standout ingredient is PDRN - typically known for its regenerative properties - and it’s included here alongside hyaluronic acid and Punica Granatum Extract to support moisture and barrier health.

As for the scent: yes, it’s lightly fragranced (it doesn't claim to be unscented). But to me, it smells clean, and doesn’t linger. I’m pretty sensitive to overpowering products, and this didn’t bother me at all.

If you’ve been on the fence, I’d say this one is worth trying for yourself.

Great Value
This is very heavy with perfume, which is not my favorite as I am very sensitive to smells/fragrance. However, I do like how it works. It looks as described. My skin feels softer and cleaner after using the toner. I am impressed with the size and think the value is great. There is a lot and is the biggest size of toner I've ever seen, let alone used. I'm pretty happy with it and will enjoy using the rest of it.

This toner works to clean off any makeup left on my face and neck. I pump the toner on a cotton pad and swirl it over my face and neck. It does hydrate, though I don't have any redness issues to deal with on my face. The scent is pleasant to me, but that's a matter of personal preference and it may not appeal to everyone. This toner has ingredients not usually found in others, so the effects may differ. I think the cost is expensive for a toner, but maybe the ingredients justify the cost.

Lovely finish
This was bigger than I expected, and one small squirt is enough, so should last a long time. There is the faintest of scents, hard to describe but it puts me in mind of the bracing, acidic scent of Noxema, or shaving cream. I like it, and it doesn't last anyway. My skin feels very soft after use. No stickiness, no oil, just really soft, like I almost don't need moisturizer.

Hydrates
Thin, viscous toner that absorbs quickly into the skin. Perfect for use before applying moisturizer and makeup. The bottle is quite large, holding nearly 7 oz of product. The bottle is a pump and very little product is needed to cover the face, making this product a pretty good value considering the price ($53 at the time of this review). My guess is it will last a good three months. Recommended.
