Thank you for choosing Pier Augé. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, pieraugeusa.com, operated by PIERAUGE US INC.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

1. Mother's Day Promotional Shipping Offer

For a limited time during our Mother’s Day Event, we are pleased to offer the following promotional shipping benefits:

United States
Free Standard Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Canada
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD.

Mexico
Shipping remains a flat rate of $18 USD per order.

Please note that this promotional shipping offer is temporary and may end without prior notice. Once the promotion ends, our standard shipping policy outlined below will apply.

2. Standard Shipping Rates & Destinations

United States (Continental)

Free Standard Shipping
Available on orders $70 USD and above.

Standard Shipping (Orders under $70 USD)
Shipping fees are calculated based on total shipment weight:

  • 0 lb – 0.10 lb: $1.50

  • 0.11 lb – 0.22 lb: $3.99

  • 0.22 lb and above: $7.50

Canada

Free Standard Shipping
Available on orders $180 USD and above.

Orders under $180 USD
Flat Rate Shipping: $18 USD

Mexico

Flat Rate Shipping
A fixed shipping fee of $18 USD applies to all orders regardless of package weight.

3. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

  • APO / FPO / Military addresses

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to:

  • Canada

  • Mexico

Additional destinations may be added in the future.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada & Mexico)

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Shipping fees cover transportation and handling only

  • Import duties, VAT/GST/IVA, and customs clearance fees are not included

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Processing & Delivery Times

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and U.S. public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Estimated Transit Time

United States
3–5 business days after shipment.

Canada & Mexico
Estimated 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier processing times.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

6. Shipping Partners & Order Tracking

We work with trusted carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • International courier partners

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package directly through the carrier website or via the Track Your Order page on our website.

7. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

While we cannot guarantee changes after this time window, we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.

8. Force Majeure & Shipping Limitations

PIERAUGE US INC reserves the right to suspend shipping or cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in international trade policies or sanctions

  • Customs restrictions on skincare products

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes or major logistics disruptions

In such cases, affected customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued for any unfulfilled portion of the order.
