Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Pier Augé. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, pieraugeusa.com, operated by PIERAUGE US INC.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

1. Standard Shipping Rates & Destinations

United States

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $70 USD or more.

Standard Shipping — Orders Under $70 USD

For U.S. orders under $70 USD, shipping fees are calculated based on the total shipment weight:

  • 0–0.10 lb: $3.50
  • 0.11–0.22 lb: $5.50
  • 0.22 lb and above: $7.50

Canada

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $100 USD or more.

Orders Under $100 USD

A flat shipping rate of $18 USD applies.

Mexico

Flat Rate Shipping

A flat shipping rate of $18 USD applies to all orders.

2. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam
  • APO / FPO / military addresses

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to:

  • Canada
  • Mexico

Additional destinations may be added in the future.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada and Mexico, international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

  • Shipping charges cover transportation and handling only.
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT/GST/IVA, and customs clearance fees are not included in the shipping charges.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pier Augé is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days will generally begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Estimated Transit Time

United States
Approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.

Canada & Mexico
Approximately 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier processing times.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Partners & Order Tracking

We work with trusted shipping carriers and select the most appropriate carrier based on your shipping address and order.

Our shipping partners may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • International courier partners

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your package through the carrier's website or through the Track Your Order page on our website.

6. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after this time, particularly once your order has entered processing or has been shipped. We will do our best to assist with any requests received within the available time frame.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

7. Shipping Limitations

PIERAUGE US INC reserves the right to suspend shipping to certain destinations or cancel orders when circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling an order.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Changes in international trade policies or regulations
  • Customs restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor strikes
  • Major carrier or logistics disruptions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to such circumstances, we will notify the affected customer and issue a refund for any unfulfilled portion of the order.
